Warren County DA Asks Federal Court To Permit Lawsuit Challenging Rules Prohibiting MMJ Patients From Possessing Firearms

On Monday, Robert Greene, the current district attorney for Warren County and the plaintiff challenging ATF rules that prohibit lawful medical marijuana users from lawfully obtaining a firearm, filed a brief asking the Court to deny the government’s motion to dismiss. District Attorney Greene argues that his case should move forward because there is no historical support for prohibiting medical marijuana users from possessing firearms.
