Judge Stays Marijuana Rescheduling Proceeding, April 22nd Order Still Stands

On September 29th, Judge Derek Julius, stayed the current proceeding that addresses the rescheduling of marijuana generally. This stay does not impact the April 22nd Order which is being separately challenged but is considered a final order by the US DOJ.
