Pa Department of Health Announces Phase II Dispensary Winners

Today, the Pennsylvania Department of Health announced the names of 23 dispensary permit winners for Phase II of the Commonwealth’s medical marijuana program. The permittees will now have six months to become operational in order to begin dispensing medical marijuana.
