Jackie’s practice is focused on assisting companies in administrative, commercial,
and land use matters. She participated in and was a research assistant for the first law course in
the United States focusing on climate intervention technologies and the novel and fundamental
challenges Companies face both internationally and domestically in complying with regulatory
policy.
